Our founder has been through the trenches in b2b sales and has struggled with long sales cycles while working in the capacity of VP sales for b2b SaaS product companies. Later when he started his own b2b product company he faced the same problem in a new avatar - limited sales hires and long sales cycles filled with window shoppers. It was tough to prevent deals from slipping through the cracks and prioritize the deals that actually had an intent to buy. The existing solutions in the market were either too expensive or addressed the problem partially.
How do I ensure that I offer a stellar first impression to my prospects, ensure my reps are hopping on pitches with only the right type of prospects (Ideal Customer Profile) and are avoiding window shoppers who are never going to buy?
